17 Kallang Junction is a modern 7-storey Type B1 multi-tenanted industry building with total gross floor area of 12,040 m2 built for high tech manufacturing, situated in a new Kallang high tech industrial park. 

The building consists of 5 floors of production areas, 1 floor of warehouse and 1 floor of ancillary office.

The building is BCA Green Mark Platinum certified adopted with various sustainability design features. It uses high performance glazing, creative planning of floor plate with internal air-well feature to promote day-lighting and natural ventilation. The M&E systems, such as central chiller plant, and lighting are designed to be energy efficient. 

The building adopted BIM and DMFA for M&E common services to improve construction productivity.
